Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at h2opssupport@gmail.comΒ so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received β€” unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund accordingly.


Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process the refund on their end.
